What we do


PatientPulse is an independent service used by public and private healthcare organisations to monitor Patient Satisfaction. We are used by GP and dental practices to track and monitor how their patients are feeling about their service.

PatientPulse differs from its competitors because we specialise in "real time" patient feedback. We take advantage of patients' increasing familiarity with new technology, particularly their mobile phones - making it easy and convenient for patients to take part in short, snappy surveys about their satisfaction. We find that patients are ready to take part and share their opinions, because they are keen to help improve their local healthcare facilities and services.

PatientPulse is a very cost-effective and patient-friendly way of keeping in tune with your patients on a monthly or weekly basis, particularly useful for Patient Participation Groups to keep their "ears to the ground" and for both medical and administrative staff to identify issues quickly and monitor improvements.

Why we're doing it


We want to improve our NHS and private healthcare services as much as you do.

We can see a strong need for an independent specialist feedback service for the healthcare sector, which is not only expert in the needs of GPs, dentists and hospitals to monitor Patient Satisfaction, but also can benchmark and compare performance across the sector.

PatientPulse is that independent trusted feedback intermediary, ensuring that feedback is delivered at the right time, to the right person, whilst avoiding embarrassment and confrontation on the part of the patient.
