How PatientPulse works

Invite patients to take part. We send you 1,000 survey invitation cards each month and encourage you to hand out as many as possible. The cards can double up as appointment cards for your convenience.

Patients complete the survey via everyday, familiar technology. All our surveys can be completed on home computers, smartphones (such as iPhone or Blackberry handsets) or via text message. You choose the questions that most interest you.

Analyse your results. Data is analysed and available in report format immediately 24/7. Log in via our secure website to print reports for staff meetings or download data for your records.

Keep patients informed. Use our online software to email regular practice updates to patients who have indicated an interest.
